Land Art provides many of the scopes of work in house, what's not in our scopes are provided by our long term partners and exceptional craftsman in each of their respective trades.
It All Starts with Design
Matt Alberts is the owner / lead designer and is engaged from start to finish. Now well into his third decade of creating. Matt's original and distinctive designs coupled with communication have created a strong rapport with his client base. Land Art's primary focus is with a discerning residential clientele, however, on occasion when a development or commercial property is looking for separation in aesthetics we have the ability to execute. A most recent example would be the common grounds area of the new development in Loch Lloyd and the redesign and installation of the signature 18th green waterfalls and landscape, club house and main entrance.
The Paperwork
Nancy Alberts, owner and CEO heads up the admin side of Land Art. Nancy's background has primarily been in the development and construction industry. So the transition to Land Art was second nature. Her attention to detail and accurate billing has been a great asset to Land Art and greatly appreciated by our clients.
